Cycling in the Modena Hills - Castelvetro with Tasting

A very pleasant and easy  mountain bike sightseeing in the Modena District nearby Castelvetro which means Grasparossa the most precious variety of Lambrusco red wine used also in making  the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.Castelvetro is immersed in the gently rolling landscape, its town has Etruscan origins and it is characterized by the presence of six medieval towers, including the Clock Tower and the Prison Tower, and by the so-called Piazza della Dama with its checkerboard pavement of black and white blocks.
The guide will show a round itinerary of 24 km with a easy distance and at the end a very happy tasting with wine, ham, Parmigiano and Balsamic vinegar.
